These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the operations, services, donations, memberships, beneficiaries, and overall engagement with MS Agri Trust (“Trust”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By engaging with the Trust in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

I. General

1.ABOUT THE TRUST

MS Agri Trust is established as a charitable agricultural trust with the objective of promoting:

  • Sustainable farming practices

  • Farmer welfare and education

  • Organic agriculture

  • Rural development

  • Livelihood improvement of agriculturists

  • Research, training, and extension services in agriculture and allied activities

The Trust operates on a non-profit basis and reinvests all funds into its objects.

2.ELIGIBILITY

Participation in Trust programs is open unless otherwise specified to:

  • Farmers and agricultural workers

  • Landowners and tenants

  • Agricultural entrepreneurs

  • Volunteers and donors

  • Beneficiary communities

The Trust reserves full discretion to accept, reject, or discontinue participation without prior notice if a person violates Trust rules or policies.

3.SERVICES AND ACTIVITIES

MS Agri Trust may provide:

  • Training programs and workshops

  • Seed distribution and farm inputs

  • Technical guidance

  • Demonstration farms

  • Financial assistance or subsidies (where applicable)

  • Community development initiatives

  • Research and consulting services

  • Educational materials

All services are subject to availability, eligibility, and operational feasibility.

4. REGISTRATION & INFORMATION ACCURACY

Any individual or entity registering with the Trust must:

  • Provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information

  • Update changes promptly

  • Avoid impersonation or false claims

The Trust reserves the right to suspend or cancel any registration if false information is identified.

5. DONATIONS AND FUNDS

All donations made to MS Agri Trust are purely voluntary and are accepted to support the Trust’s charitable agricultural and rural development activities. Donations once made are non-refundable and shall be utilized solely to fulfill the objectives of the Trust.

The Trust reserves the right to allocate and utilize funds according to project requirements and operational priorities. Donating to the Trust does not create any contractual rights, ownership, or entitlement to benefits for the donor.

Tax exemption benefits, if applicable, are subject to prevailing laws and availability of valid certification at the time of donation. Donors are advised to verify eligibility independently.

The Trust maintains transparency in financial operations and ensures responsible usage of funds.

6. BENEFICIARY SUPPORT POLICY

Assistance provided by the Trust:

  • Is need-based, merit-based, and availability-based

  • Does not constitute employment, ownership, or entitlement

  • May be withdrawn if misuse, fraud, or misrepresentation is found

The Trust is not liable for how beneficiaries apply guidance or financial aid.

7. CONDUCT & COMPLIANCE

All members, volunteers, and beneficiaries must:

  • Follow operational guidelines

  • Avoid misconduct, harassment, or abuse

  • Maintain mutual respect

  • Protect Trust property and reputation

Violation may result in termination from activities and/or legal proceedings.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content including:

  • Training material

  • Logos

  • Reports

  • Study material

  • Website and publications

Are the intellectual property of MS Agri Trust and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. CONFIDENTIALITY & DATA PROTECTION

The Trust will:

  • Collect data for operational purposes only

  • Maintain appropriate confidentiality

  • Share data only when legally required

Participants consent to limited data use for:

  • Communication

  • Reporting

  • Training follow-ups

  • Legal compliance

10. DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY

MS Agri Trust:

  • Provides guidance based on experience and research

  • Does not guarantee crop yield, income increase, or business success

  • Is not responsible for farmer losses, weather events, market conditions, or disease outbreaks

  • Is not liable for indirect or consequential damages

All participation is at one’s own risk.

11. TERMINATION

The Trust may:

  • Suspend or terminate membership or services

  • Block access to programs

  • Recover damages

In case of:

  • Fraud

  • Misuse of funds

  • Violation of law

  • Breach of Trust rules

12. AMENDMENT AND MODIFICATION
  • MS Agri Trust reserves the right to alter, update, or replace these Terms at any time.
  • Updated versions become effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
13. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by applicable laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to local jurisdiction of: Anthiyur, Erode (Dt), Tamilnadu.

14. FORCE MAJEURE

The Trust is not liable for failure or delay resulting from:

  • Natural disasters

  • Government orders

  • Epidemics

  • Acts of God

  • Network failures

  • Operational disruptions beyond control
