MS Agri Trust operates as a charitable organization and accepts donations and payments in good faith to support its agricultural and social welfare activities.

All donations made to MS Agri Trust are voluntary and non-refundable. Once a donation is successfully processed, it cannot be cancelled, refunded, or transferred under any circumstances, as funds are immediately allocated for charitable purposes.

All donations are made voluntarily without any coercion, solicitation beyond lawful means, or expectation of goods, services, or privileges in return.

The Trust agrees to use all donations solely toward its charitable objectives and operational requirements. The Trust reserves full discretion in allocation and utilization of funds unless otherwise agreed in writing.

A donation does not provide the donor with:

• Ownership rights

• Membership rights

• Voting power

• Financial interest

• Claim to Trust assets

If MS Agri Trust charges fees for training programs, events, or services:

• Any paid amount is generally non-refundable unless explicitly stated in writing.

• Refunds, if approved, will be processed at the sole discretion of the Trust.

• Requests for cancellation must be submitted in writing before the published cut-off date.

• No refund will be provided for non-attendance or partial participation.

If a donation or payment is deducted more than once due to a technical error, the excess amount may be refunded after verification, upon written request within 7 days of the transaction date.

Approved refunds, if any, will be processed within 7–20 working days through the original mode of payment.
